1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Please note that sale items are also non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@rovila.com to arrange the exchange. You may be required to return the original item before the exchange can be processed.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may have already started processing your order, and it may not be possible to cancel it.
